Ruffle Sleeve Top

It’s been like forever since I last posted here. Don’t know where to start with the excuses. Covid. Businesses closed. Been volunteering for various causes which have kept me busy. Been a bit miserable. Alcohol and cigarettes ban plus curfews. Routines upside down. Will stop right there.

I did manage to get some long overdue serwing projects done which I will share over the next while. One was this @peppermintmagazine @inthefolds collaboration aka the Ruffle Sleeve Top.

Its a FREE PDF pattern! What’s not to like about that?

This was made late summer and it’s now the middle of winter. So while I have tried it on. I’ve not worn it yet. Didn’t get the sizing right. It’s on the big side for me. But I love how easy it was to make.

There were load of examples with handy info on Instagram and the Internet. PDF patterns are super handy as they are downloadable. But lining up the A4 pieces is a bit of a challange.

One adjustment I make was minimising the facing and it worked out fine.

Looking forward to warmer weather to wear this.

Have a great green week.

Greenie.
