Making boxy jackets
In the picture is another version of this easy to make jacket from the last post. It’s a take on a Chanel jacket which is bang on trend right now. Made in tweed type fabric, with a trim at the neck and on the sleeves it will be tres Chanel. I did three rows of top stitching to give the neck and sleeves a bit more something.
The bead necklaces are from a second hand clothing shop. And the brooch is inherited. It is from Scotland and the stone is a Cairngorm. At first I didn’t believe such a stone existed but it is from the Scottish highlands.
