Vintage scarf

Vintage scarf with ring

In keeping with the English country look, a vintage scarf works well. You just don’t get lovely quality scarves like you did decades ago. I have a bit of a scarf fetish. And since I have so many, I’m always looking for new ways to wear them.

In the picture is one way I wear my scarves. I fold the scarf in half to make a triangle, rather than a square shape. I put it around my neck and then slide a ring up over the two pointed ends.

You can use a simple ring like in the picture or a more elaborate ring. I have never lost a ring yet as there is a fair amount of fullness holding the ring in place. And the ring holds the scarf in place.
