How to make a multi chain necklace

I have made one of these cascading chain necklaces before. The instructions and a picture of a previous one are in this post – cascading chain necklace. This particular version uses plain, fine chain whereas with the other one I mixed up all sorts of bits and pieces into the chain. And the ribbon is a different colour.

Not much to say as they are so easy to make. Other variations could be thicker and coarser chain, perhaps with a check, stripe or some other design on the ribbon? Maybe even adding a bow to where the chain and the ribbon meet? You could also add lightweight charms to the chain, but I’m not sure how that would affect the way the chain falls.

I like this one just the way it is!
