Mantra bracelet

This is one of my favourite things I’ve made. I call it a Mantra Bracelet.

Outside one of our supermarkets is a guy who makes dog tags. He stamps a cat or dog’s name and number onto brass or steel shapes. I asked him to stamp my goals on some steel hearts. I used key words rather than the whole description.

Then I added charms that were representative of my goals such as leaves to represent growth and hearts for love.

It’s so nice to have a reminder of what I am aiming for with me and as the charms move they make a sound which reminds me too.
