DIY Choker Necklace
I’ve said before I’m a bit of a closet Goth girl. So this black velvet ribbon choker necklace is right up my street. Choker necklaces super easy to make. Here’s how.
You need: –
- black ribbon to fit around your neck plus a bit extra
- matching or compatible colour press studs
- matching colour thread
- sewing needle
- sewing scissors
You do: –
You need black ribbon
Fold back the ends of your ribbon and pin.
Sew press studs to each end
Fit around you neck and check it fits nicely with a bit on an overlap to accommodate the press studs.
Sew press studs at each end.
And just like that you have a choker necklace. You can get more ornate ribbon or stitch beads to your ribbon to take this choker up a notch.
